Earlier this week, Year 12 students embarked on a transformative two-day retreat, which included an eleven-kilometre walk along the picturesque Port Phillip Bay Coastline from Sandringham to St Kilda. It served as a remarkable opportunity for connection, contemplation and reflection following a busy Term 1. Inspired by the renowned Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of St James, this journey echoes the spirit of pilgrims who traverse Europe seeking spiritual enlightenment. While some embark on the Camino for religious reasons, others seek a personal challenge or a reprieve from the routines of daily life.
